ORDERS, RETURNS, PAYMENTS AND PRIVACY TERMS

Orders – All orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment

Credit card orders will be posted immediately unless item is not in stock. You will be notified via e-mail of any item not in stock or please check the order status via your login account. All orders being paid via Money order will be processed upon receipt of payment. All orders being paid for by cheque upon receipt of payment please allow additional time for cheque to clear.

- Also multiple item orders will be held until all items are ready to be posted.

- Multiple item orders can be posted separately but there will be additional postage and handling charges that will apply to each postage.

- Personal or company cheque but please allow additional time for cheque processing.

Return Policy – All returns will only be accepted within 7 days after contacting Tiger Rag.

ALL RETURNS TO HAVE A RETURN PAID POSTAGE PACK. We check all our stock before it is sent for faults. However If you have received an item that is flawed or damaged, please Contact us immediately by Phone at 07 32160018 weekdays between the hours of 10:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday or by e-mail at info@tigerrag.com.au

For exchange you must send your item back within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Item must be returned with original receipt from Tiger Rag. In original wrapping, unworn, have all original tags attached, Items Not Returned as stated will be returned to you at your expense. When sending your item back we recommend that you use a carrier that can issue you a tracking number. As to insure that we have received your item. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles sent back to us without a proper form of tracking.

There are no returns on custom made orders!

Privacy Policy – At no time will Tiger Rag share the information that you provide to us. This information is strictly for the use of Tiger Rag. To process your order. We may at times send you information regarding newsletters or information regarding new items posted. And only if you have selected this feature when you processed your order. Or set up this feature in your account.
